We are small family owned business based out of Toronto, Ontario!

All the items on our website are pre-owned, providing our customers with fantastic savings! We maintain a high standard when sourcing our products, curating only items that are in great condition and have plenty of life left!

After an order is placed, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number within 3-5 business days. From there, you can track the current location of your item on the carrier's website.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

It will take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order and prepare it for shipment.

In the event your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at info@forgottonluxuries.com.

Due to the vintage nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review the photos and videos of the items before making a purchase.

If the wrong shipping address was entered, please contact us immediately after purchase. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time before shipping.

In the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund once the item has been returned to us. However, we require proof from a third party confirming the item’s inauthenticity before proceeding.

Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods on our Shopify store to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. If you have any specific questions about payment methods, please don't hesitate to contact us.
