General Questions
We are small family owned business based out of Toronto, Ontario!
All the items on our website are pre-owned, providing our customers with fantastic savings! We maintain a high standard when sourcing our products, curating only items that are in great condition and have plenty of life left!
After an order is placed, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number within 3-5 business days. From there, you can track the current location of your item on the carrier's website.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
For "Ready to Ship" items, it will take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
For "Exclusive" items, it will take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
In the event your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at info@forgottonluxuries.com.
Due to the vintage nature of our items, we do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review the photos and videos of the items before making a purchase.
If the wrong shipping address was entered, please contact us immediately after purchase. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time before shipping.

In the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund once the item has been returned to us. However, we require proof from a third party confirming the item’s inauthenticity before proceeding.
Please note that we are not affiliated with the brands featured on our website. Our offerings are pre-owned and curated independently, and we do not have any direct association or partnership with the original brands.
Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods on our Shopify store to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Exclusive items
An "Exclusive Item" is not stored in our Toronto warehouse.
Exclusive items are unique selections that are not stored in our local warehouse. Therefore, the fulfillment time will take longer than items that are "Ready to Ship". When you order an Exclusive item, it must first be sent to our location before we can ship it out to you. During this time, if we discover that the item was damaged due to mishandling or improper storage, we will issue you a full refund immediately. We want to ensure that every item meets our highest standards.
Due to the fact that exclusive items are stored in our international warehouses, we require 24 to 48 hours to fully reserve your item.
Our Authenticity Guarantee Warranty also applies to Exclusive Items. We have a very rigorous authentication process before any item is listed. However in the highly unlikely event that an item is found to be inauthentic. We will issue a full refund once the item has been returned to us. We do require proof from a third party confirming the item’s inauthenticity before proceeding.
The complete fulfillment process may take up to 15 business days before the item is ready for shipment.
While the process is internal, we will notify you immediately once the item is ready to ship.
