RATES

Items that are less than $500.00 | Flat Fee of $75.00

Items between $501.00 - $2500.00 | 20% Fee

Items that are $2501.00 + | 15% Fee

Quotes are listed in Canadian Dollar and are valid for 30 days.

Your item must remain with us for a minimum of 90 days to be sold. After this period, if you wish to retrieve your item, you will need to cover the shipping costs. Alternatively, you can instruct us to list the item at a new price until it is sold.

If you choose to withdraw your item before the 90 days, an early withdrawal fee of $200 will apply.

If your item is found to be inauthentic, it will not be returned and will be destroyed, as we do not support the sale of counterfeit items.

Brands We Accept - Celine, Chanel, Chloe, Christian Dior, Fendi, Goyard, Gucci, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Saint Laurent

Type of Items - Bags, wallets, vanity bags, backpacks, travel bags.

Required Condition - Items should be in at least in good with no major visible damage or areas needing repair. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

Upon receiving your consignment request, we will review it to decide whether your item will be accepted for consignment.

These terms and conditions create a contract between you and Forgotten Luxuries (the "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. You must agree to this Agreement if you wish to consign goods through Forgotten Luxuries. The Forgotten Luxuries Terms of Service located at: Forgotten Luxuries Terms of Service, are also included in this Agreement and apply to your and Forgotten Luxuries’ activities under this Agreement.

Please note: It is illegal to buy or sell counterfeit luxury goods. Forgotten Luxuries will not buy or sell counterfeit items.

Consignment Process

Upon receiving your items, Forgotten Luxuries will handle all aspects of their sale. This includes authentication, market price evaluation, professional photography, detailed product descriptions, and online listings. We also manage customer service, secure packaging, shipping, and insurance if needed. Our goal is to sell your items promptly and at the best possible price.

Selling Your Item

We will use our online store, extensive customer base, and various selling avenues to market your genuine luxury designer items. Your item must remain with us for a minimum of 90 days. If you wish to retrieve your item before this period ends, a $250 early withdrawal fee will apply. If the item does not sell within three months, you have the option to take it back or leave it with us until it sells.

Consignment Terms & Item Pricing

The initial price is determined according to current market value through our research data. The consignor will be consulted on any price reduction. Forgotten Luxuries will not put your item on sale and reduce the price unless you notify us about a reduction for a faster sale. Forgotten Luxuries will contact you if we feel a flash sale or reduction is necessary and will only move forward if approved by the consignor. If the quality of the item is less than what was stated in the original form, Forgotten Luxuries reserves the right to decrease the quote without notice to the client.

Delivery of Property; Risk of Loss; Insurance

Forgotten Luxuries accepts the Property from you on a consignment basis only. You are responsible for all risk of loss or damage to the Property until Forgotten Luxuries takes physical possession of it.

Property Acceptance Conditions

Upon receipt, Forgotten Luxuries will evaluate each item of Property to determine, in its sole discretion, its authenticity, quality, and value. The item’s condition will affect the valuation.

Unauthenticated, Counterfeit, or Stolen Items

You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of all Property you provide to us. If Forgotten Luxuries cannot confirm the authenticity of any item of Property you have provided, it shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse to accept the item.

Title to Property

You will continue to own and have title to each item of Property until that item is "Sold". An item will be considered Sold when: (a) it is sold by Forgotten Luxuries to a customer; (b) it is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed while in Forgotten Luxuries’ possession.

No Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement or any interest you have in it without Forgotten Luxuries' prior written consent. Any prohibited assignment is null and void.
